Applies for Residential Loan Reviews loan application for approval Upon approval, apllies with the Tribe for residential lease on trust land Review of lease application for approval and certification

Coordinates with tribe for completion of documents necessary for Environmental / Historical / Cultural compliance

Provides thechical assistance resulting in review and approval. Upon approval record at BIA LTRO and request TSR provided to applicant, tribe and lender with assigned lease number Request Case Number (case number requested simultaneously when application is under review) Lease, including attachments, and loan application to ONAP. Upon ONAP approval sends pre-approved mortgage to BIA for review Issues "Letter of Commitment to Approve Leashold Mortgage"
Upon receipt of "Letter of Commitment of Approve Leasehold Mortgage" closes loan and sends signed mortgage documents to BIA for approval Issues "Certificate of Approval Leashold Mortgage" based on terms of the "Commitment to Approve" Records mortgage documents and certified TSR. Sends copy of recorded mortgage documents and certified TSR to lender. Sends complete loan package to ONAP
