It is preferred that all official business be addressed to the Tribal
Governor who in turn determines which staff person will respond.
The Tribal Council consists of 12 members; 7 and the either the
Chairman or Vice-Chairman are a quorum and can conduct business
and approve matters, as appropriate. The term of office is one year,
however, a trend toward renaming members/officers has emerged to
provide continuity. The members/officers are appointed by traditional
religious leaders and are installed on December 29th each year.
