The Tribal Council consists of 43 members, they include former top tribal officials, Governors, Lt. Governors, War Captains, Fiscal Majors, and Assistant Fiscal Majors. To conduct business a quorum is subject to members present and at the Governors discretion. The term of office is annual and the General Election is December 29th of each year.

Members/Officers are installed on January 1st.
