All requests or letters should be sent to the appropriate standing committee. The committee discusses the request and makes a recommendation to the Tribal Council, then the Council acts on it if needed.
The Tribal Council consists of 8 members with 6 considers a quorum to transact business. The term is 2 years with General Elections held the 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday in November. Primary elections areheld no less than 30 days prior to the General Election. The term of office starts the 2nd Friday of January following the election.
